| CONVICTED KILLER IN PRISON SUICIDE (AP-Indian City) Michael Calvin Hutchence, who pled guilty last year in the murder of Theresa Header, was found hanged in his cell at Indian City Penitentiary on Friday evening. Mr. Hutchence had been sentenced to 30 years in the brutal slaying of the young prostitute. Warden Herbert Janus also announced that a grand jury would meet to investigate the circumstances of Mr. Hutchence’s death as required by state law whenever an inmate dies while in state custody. |
